A woman said she was injured after being tossed from a mechanical penis ride at a Las Vegas bar and is now suing.

Amber Zabran, from Illinois, filed the lawsuit last week in Clark County, Nevada, court, according to KLAS. She said she was thrown from the ride and her foot or ankle got caught under a large cut-out section and was injured.

The bar is called The Nerd at the Neonopolis on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas. The bar promotes the unique ride frequently on its webpage and social media. The ride is shaped like male genitals and operates like a mechanical bull, with the rider trying to stay on without falling off.

“Ride it, slide it, stay on top of the World Famous Gyrating Johnson Mechanical Member Bull ride exclusively at The Nerd. Can you hang on?” the website reads.

Zabran claims that she and her friends were at the bar and weren’t asked to sign waivers before getting on the ride, according to KLAS. She added that staff wanted to make the ride more difficult as the ride continued.

When she was tossed from the ride, Zabran sustained “great pain of body and mind, including serious and painful physical injuries, as well as shock and injury to her nervous system entailing mental stress, anxiety and anguish,” the lawsuit noted.

Some of her injuries may be permanent, according to the report, but it did not elaborate further on how she was injured.

Zabran is now seeking various costs, including medical, totaling more than $15,000 - but no specific figure was stated, according to KLAS.
